ALL YOU NEED IS LOVE
This October I am writing a ‘short and sweet’ message as last month was a time of celebration and vacation for me.
It’s a simple reminder:
You are the most important thing in your entire life. Put your arms around yourself and love yourself for all you're worth.
Whatever is happening in your life take steps to simply surrender.
Let go and let god/goddess.
Relax, breathe deeply.
All is well.
When you are tired, rest.
When you are in pain: lean on a friend, a loved one, a family member, a therapist or a Life Facilitator.
When you feel like having fun, play.
When you are feeling sad, simply sit down and cry.
When you are lonely, connect with a loved one, a friend, a family member, your Life Facilitator or a therapist.
When you are in need of pampering, do whatever nurtures you. (My personal favorite that lifts my spirit is a bubble bath, with a glass of wine and some beautiful organic chocolate.)
Take some time to ‘smell the roses’ and slow down. You have all the time in the world.
And this month’s final reminder: be grateful for the things you have and more will come to you. Don’t focus on what you haven’t got; focus on what you do have.
