Brenda Reid of Heart & Sole Reflexology in London, Ontario, has been a certified Reflexologist since 1999. Since then she has studied advanced courses in Reflexology and other healing arts extensively, both for her own personal growth and for the benefit of her clients. She has learned energy healing through Healing Touch and Therapeutic Touch and is currently studying Reiki as part of a journey to becoming a Shaman.
Her love of studying and sharing healing arts led her to joining the School of Complementary Therapies team to become a teacher in June 2003 and she now teaches courses in London, Sudbury and Sault Ste. Marie.
Brenda teaches the Holistic Foot Reflexology Course.
