If you are interested in learning what all this complementary/alternate stuff is-this is for you. Buzzwords are explained, basic theories introduced, and a few more popular therapies are detailed. We even do some "hands-on", so you can experience Reflexology, Reiki, Guided Visualization and Aromatherapy. Sometimes we do a little Yoga and chanting too! You get to take home some written information, and a suggested reading list.
This course has been presented to corporate groups, hospital groups,cancer support groups, bookclubs and more.

Introduction to Reflexology - 3 hour Workshop
For those interested in learning a little about this bodywork therapy,try taking a short introduction course. Learn where it comes from and where it is going. Experience some "hands-on" as both giver and receiver. Lots of sharing, lots of fun! Includes a manual introducing Foot Reflexology and the Fairbrass Foot Chart. If you are not sure whether to take a professional course or you have a general interest in Reflexology, try taking the Introduction to Reflexology Workshop.

Yoga & Meditation
Currently SCT is offering Yoga and Meditation on an individual basis with Jacqueline Fairbrass N.D., certified yoga instructor with Gemini Yoga and Kundalini Yoga. Jacqueline will meet with you and put together a personalizedProgramto meet your personal health needs. The student works at home, and meets with Jacqueline for follow-ups as required.

Reflexology Refresher Days
One day get-together for students, graduates and practitioners of Reflexology. Keep up to date with the latest information on Reflexology, including licensing and insurance issues. Learn about marketing and business. Best of all, in the afternoon "give a treatment-get a treatment". Students who intend to graduate keep up to date and motivated by coming to the Refresher Days. Graduates get to spend time with like-minded people. A fun day for all!
Pre-requisites: Enrollment in or graduation from a ReflexologyProgram recognized by the Reflexology Registration Council of Ontario (RRCO) or equivalent.
