Emma’s Italian Salad Dressing

1 1/3 cup oil (olive is preferred, but canola is good too)
½ cup vinegar
¼ cup grated cheese (Romano or Parmesan is best)
2 t. salt
1 t. onion salt or celery salt or garlic salt (Herbamare is good too!)
½ t. pepper
½ t. dry mustard
¼ t. paprika
1 crushed or finely chopped clove of garlic

Put in a jar with a lid and shake well. Change it up by changing the herbs and/or spices. In the summer it’s nice to put in fresh herbs from the garden. I’ve been making this salad dressing since I was 8 years old and I never get tired of it!
