Progressive Relaxation Volume 1 "Acceptance" is used by the Anxiety Disorders Association of Ontario (ADAO) as part of their 14 WeekProgram. $1 from each retail sale of the CD goes to the ADAO to help fund programmes for people living with anxiety conditions.
