"I just wanted to say thanks again for the workshop last night. I have tried a few different methods of self-hypnosis/meditation type stuff and found that I either fell asleep (not what I wanted!) or just didn't feel deeply relaxed. And it has always been frustrating because I cannot 'see' in my mind's eye what they are suggesting I see... as I told you last evening, I cannot 'see' anything! I listened to your CD last night and made it through most of it before dozing off. But even by the time my left foot was relaxed, I was already feeling very peaceful and relaxed! So I knew that if nothing else, this was going to be useful to me to just wind me down. And then again this morning I listened... at the beginning I could see the pretty purple blobs pulsing in and out, and then after a little while I actually saw little snippits of pictures!! It was so neat - some of them corresponded to what I was trying to visualize according to your instructions on the CD, and others seemed to be just random images. I am very excited!!!
