Reiki is a non-invasive, gentle energy healing system based on ancient Tibetan knowledge. It was re-discovered by and is therefore named after Dr. Mikao Usui from Japan in the late 1800's. The Reiki Therapist gently places their hands on or in the aura of the fully-clothed body and face of the client in a set pattern. Deep relaxation is quickly induced, making it a very useful therapy in times of stress. Reiki as a therapy may be used for self-treatment. As a path to wellness Reiki becomes a way of life. It is very easily used with other therapies, including modern medicine.
First Degree Reiki
This class introduces Reiki as a therapy for oneself and others. One day 7 hours of instruction includes history, hand-positions for self-treatment, mini-treatment and complete treatment of others. In a peaceful, ambient setting you will be attuned to the Reiki energy, taught how to treat yourself and share with others.
Everyone should learn First Degree Reiki! It is simple to give and receive, and enhances your awareness of connection to body, mind, spirit and emotions. Even children take this course.

Second Degree Reiki
This class takes you to the next level of Reiki training-the Practitioner Level. One day, 7 hours of instruction; includes training and working with the three symbols of Second Degree Reiki. In a peaceful, ambient setting you will be attuned to the Power, Mental/Emotional and Distant Healing symbols. You will be trained in traditional and non-traditional use for working with others and yourself. In addition you will be introduced to starting a Reiki practice and treating clients.
If you are serious in your Reiki practice, this is the next step.

Advanced Tibetan Reiki
In this one day 7 hour classroom course, individuals work with increased energy, bringing in the power of the Usui Master Symbol, as well as other Tibetan non-traditional symbols. You will be trained in Reiki Psychic Surgery and how to give Healing Attunements, increasing your Reiki Healing exponentially. The course ends with a beautiful, spiritual guided visualization to meet your Reiki Guide.
For many students this course completes the Reiki circle of learning.

Master/Teacher (Apprenticeship program)
Reiki Master/Teacher training is an apprenticeshipProgram. You study with Jacqueline Fairbrass, Reiki Master both in the classroom setting and individually. You will develop your own teaching manuals, study Reiki in traditional and non-traditional settings, attend co-teaching classes and groups, and work with clients with supervision.
This program is for the serious Reiki student only. References are available from past students.
Pre-requisites: Reiki 1, 2 and Advanced with a certified Reiki Master. You will be required to interview before being admitted to the program.
